From Assisi to Perugia and Montefalco, these guided tours pass through symbolic places of Franciscanism, from the masterpieces of Giotto and Cimabue to the frescoes of Benozzo Gozzoli.
Completing the experience is the virtual reality "With Francis," allowing you to immerse yourself in the life of the Saint with a new perspective.
Saturday is dedicated to the guided tour of the Basilica of Saint Francis, following which you can immerse yourself in key moments of the saint's life thanks to the innovative immersive virtual reality experience "With Francis," created with the support and supervision of the Franciscans of the sacred convent.
On Sundays, visits alternate weekly to three sites that narrate, in a fascinating and original way, the echo of Francis throughout history:

  • Guided tour of San Francesco al Prato
  • Guided tour of the Museum of San Francesco in Montefalco

Giotto tells
Francesco

A guided tour of the masterpieces of the Basilica of Assisi and the artistic revolution of the 14th century, culminating in the exhibition "Giotto and Saint Francis" at the Galleria Nazionale dell'Umbria. This journey explores the cultural ferment surrounding the figure of the saint, enriched by an immersive experience.
